HMNBEING is on a mission to push the boundaries of how Snapchat can be used to build brands and engage audiences. Using a Snapchat Geofilter that was specifically designed for Marshmello’s performance at The Ritz, a recently revitalized Raleigh venue, we were able to gain insight into how certain demographics and events can help spreadability. The Geofilter went through three rounds of reiteration and was live at the venue for a total of eight hours. By the end of the night, our Geofilter was used by 60% of concert-goers and reached over 60,000 people within 24 hours.

PROCESS


Research & Planning

We begin every project by doing our due diligence in researching and properly planning to minimize pain points and maximize return-on-investment. For Snapchat Geofilters, that means understanding what users want to overlay on their personal pictures or videos and analyzing at what points of the journey they will be on when accessing the Geofilter. We also analyze the space of the venue or location and set the geofence to maximize the possibility of use and reduce paying for dead space.

Design & Design Testing

The first idea is not always the best idea. Our design process begins with many low-fidelity sketches and multiple rounds of designs that are internally and externally validated. Through this process we also analyze the designs to make sure that they meet Snapchat’s standards for submission and accurately align business goals and user needs.

Processing & Submission

We handle every aspect of processing and submitting a Geofilter to Snap Inc. Our expertise in Geofilters and history of communicating with Snap Inc, gives our clients assurance and peace of mind that their campaign will be approved without a hitch.

Live Monitoring

One of the key features that HMNBEING provides their clients is real-time monitoring of their Geofilter campaigns. We prefer to do this live at the event, but we are also capable of doing this from remote locations through developmental tools. This means that we can accurately assess any situation and properly communicate with clients and Snap Inc should a problem arise.

Analytics & Insights

Through the use of Analytics and Social Listening, we provide clients an in-depth report of not only statistics concerning Usage, Views, and CPM but we also provide keen insights into your audience.
